Multilingual and translated evidence
Supplier and field evidence often arrives in more than one language; a capability's performance should be evaluated separately for each language pair it will actually see.
A model that performs well on English technical text does not automatically perform as well on a translated supplier submission or a field report in a second language; treat each language pair as its own evaluation scope.
Where translation is machine-assisted before analysis, record which step was translated, by what method, and what evidence exists that the translation itself preserved the technical meaning.

- 03Record the translation method and its own evidence of fidelity.
