Assessing an AI-supported quality process
An assessor reviews evidence, decision rights, and retained records to determine whether a control claim is actually supported.
The assessment asks whether the qualification file matches the deployed configuration, whether the human decision boundary is enforced in practice, and whether monitoring records show the process was actually watched.
A gap between the stated control and the observed practice is the most common finding in an honest assessment.
PUT THIS INTO PRACTICE
- 01Compare the qualification record to the live configuration.
- 02Sample monitoring and override logs for evidence of real oversight.
- 03Report gaps between stated and observed control.
